Cyclodextrin inclusion compound is a ring dextrin as the main body, which can incorporate subject molecules of a certain size and shape to form a special inclusion compound. Cyclodextrin is a cyclic oligosaccharide compound obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, which is connected by 6-12 glucose molecules. According to the number of glucose molecules required for cyclodextrin (6-12), cyclodextrin can be divided into α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, γ-cyclodextrin, δ-cyclodextrin, ε-cyclodextrin, zta-cyclodextrin, η-cyclodextrin. According to the different types of cyclodextrins used in inclusion, the inclusion compounds are classified, and the commonly used inclusion compounds are β-cyclodextrin.
